However, we reserve the right to share some information with our affiliates. We will NEVER send you an email asking you to provide personal information to us by email, such as your name or credit card number. Even if an email looks like it came from us, do not respond and instead contact our office immediately.
We use current, up-to-date e-commerce industry standards when we collect and/or transmit sensitive information, such as a credit or debit card number. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, no transmission of information is 100% protected against hacking. With that said, our website users should take steps to protect their identity and information against misuse.

Terms and Conditions
Occasionally there may be information on The Team Spirit Shop, Inc. website that contains errors or inaccuracies that may relate to the products description, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time.
The Team Spirit Shop, Inc. reserves the right to modify, alter or update listed pricing of all products at any time due to sale end dates, promotions and/or availability.

To check on your order, please email us at or call our qualified customer service representatives to get a status update of your order. Please make sure you call us 7-10 days before your need date, if you have not received everything from your order.
Orders can take up to 3-4 business days to process in our busy season, which is May through February.
Once your order has been processed, there will be no changes or deletions allowed. Any additions will be considered a new order and must meet minimum quantity requirements. There will be no exceptions.
Customized items including poms, embroidery, tackle twill, screen printing, and sublimated uniforms are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged. We recommend ordering a Fit-kit or sizing samples prior to placing your custom order. Please be aware that all customized orders take additional production time and ship between 4-6 weeks plus actual shipping time from the process date. It is your responsibility as the customer to verify that all information submitted for customized items is correct. It is important to review the entire order before submitting the order and make any necessary corrections before the order is submitted. Team Spirit is not responsible for incorrect entries made by the customer. Once you approve custom art/ all custom lettering you acknowledge that the image you see is only a visual representation and that the final product may vary; including the letter sizes and final look of the youth and adult sizes. Custom lettering is sized depending on whether the product is a youth or adult size garment. If there are both youth and adult sizes on an order, both size groups will be used on their respective garments (youth size on youth size garments, adult size on adult size garments) so that all products look consistent.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to change any items on your order, place additional items on the order, or cancel any part of the order. If an exception is made additional fees will apply.
Representation of Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors on our site as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you may see depend on your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer's monitor will be accurate.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, School Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, School Purchase Order (emailed with an authorized signature such as a bookkeeper, athletic director, or principal).
Orders will not be processed until method of payment is received.
Note: **SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDER MAY NOT BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH FREE ONLINE SHIPPING.**
We cannot accept copies of signed checks as this is not a guarantee of payment.
American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa payments will be charged a service charge of 4%.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, availability, customization, time of year and where the item is being shipped.
To assure that you have your order on time, please order early and tell us the delivery date needed. May-February is our busiest delivery months. If you have orders due during this time, we recommend that you call 7-10 days before your due date to check on your order.
As a general guideline, if you are only ordering in-stock and/or blank items, these are normally delivered within 7-10 business days. Custom items, such as tees, bags, shorts, pants, sweatshirts, warm-ups, poms and shoes, deliver within 2-4 weeks.
All ship dates are approximate and actual delivery will vary depending on the date your order is received, your location, and product availability. UPS Next Day Air, Two Day Air, and Three Day Select are subject to manufacturing times and available for an additional shipping charge. Please call for Air shipping charges.
Returns and/or exchanges must be returned in their original condition. All items must be returned via a trackable method or insured mail. Sorry, no C.O.D. returns are accepted.
We do not accept returns on customized items including but not limited to personalized colors, lettering, and poms.
Briefs and Bodysuits are non-returnable.
All shoes must be in original shoe box and shipped inside a separate box. Please do not ruin the box with tape, labels, or writing, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Items that are in-stock may be returned within 14 days at the expense of the customer.
Anything that has been worn or not in its original condition cannot be returned. Please get sample sizing on any apparel items before going to camp.
All non-stock items that are returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee, no exeptions.
We strongly encourage you to order sizing samples if you have time, especially for apparel that will be decorated.
Sizing samples or Fit-kits require full payment or school purchase order up front. Once we receive the samples back, you will receive a full refund or credit for invoice.
The Team Spirit Shop, Inc. will waive the shipping charge of the samples shipped to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping back to The Team Spirit Shop, Inc. The Team Spirit Shop, Inc. will not issue a return call tag.
Guarantees/Out-Of-Stock or Discontinued Items
All merchandise is completely guaranteed against material flaws and/or defects in workmanship. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days. We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. We cannot guarantee embroidery or screen print on items not purchased from The Team Spirit Shop, Inc.
On occasion, our in-stock items may become out-of-stock or an item may be discontinued. In such circumstances, we will inform you if any item in your order is temporarily out-of-stock or discontinued.
Prices are effective January 1, 2019 and are subject to change without notice.
